Common questions
Does a review cost anything?
No. Our help is free to you. Agents are paid by the insurance company you choose, and the price of a plan is the same whether you enroll through us or on your own.
When can I change my Medicare plan?
The Annual Enrollment Period runs October 15 through December 7, with changes starting January 1. If your plan is not renewing for next year, you have a special window that runs through the end of February. Other special situations, like moving, can also open a window.
My plan sent a letter about changes. What should I do?
Read the Annual Notice of Change, then let us check it with you. The most common surprises are doctors leaving the network, a PPO becoming an HMO, and drug costs going up.
Do I have to switch plans?
No. Many people find their current plan is still the right fit. The point of a review is to know for sure.
